YOUR ZENERGY EXPERIENCE
As a self taught therapist, the techniques I use have no label. While I did learn a lot about the anatomical terms and definitions in class, the different styles and modalities taught did not align with my natural healing intuitions. That being said, my entire form revolves around one singular motive.
The heart is constantly working to cycle blood through our bodies. Pulling old de-oxygenated blood and various toxins through, and pumping new blood to the necessary organs to filter the toxins and re-oxygenate. My form is aimed with every movement flowing towards the heart to jumpstart this healing process.
Using many variations of my hands and forearms, I kneed slowly along the striations of each muscle with a firm, steady pressure. Locating every trigger point, breaking it down and working it through the body. My heightened intuition and strong hands tend to deliver perfect pressure with a slow and tranquil flow. At times, articulating limbs to access hidden trigger points, or even performing light stretches when necessary. You will find every session to be slightly different, and often times, better than the last as I learn your needs and adapt to your progressively changing body.
